Special Services Prior to and During Construction

The success of any project is determined by the speed and quality of the construction. The engineers at Ysrael A. Seinuk, P.C. understand that our role within the Construction Phase is critical in making a project a true success.

YAS pays particular attention to assisting Construction Managers and Contractors during the Bidding and Construction Administration phase of projects. Beginning with the design phase and continuing into the bidding phase, we provide our clients with full estimates of material quantities. Utilizing our state-of-the-art 3D modeling software, we have the ability to provide full material quantity listing, thereby providing a back check of bidders’ data.

YAS provides an active role in assisting with a selection of subcontractors. We join the Construction Managers in subcontractor interviews and plant visits, providing clients with our input on the ability of proposed subcontractors to perform their work. During the Construction Phase, we take a proactive role with the subcontractors. Shop drawing turnaround times are typically expedited. It is not uncommon for us to provide a two or three day shop drawing turn around. We were one of the first engineers to utilize paperless shop drawings using the internet and electronic media. In many cases, our personnel are stationed within the fabricator’s plant to assist and accelerate the turn around of shop drawings. This has been the case on recent projects such as the Miami Performing Arts Center and Trump World Tower, the tallest concrete building in the world.
