On September 20, 2018, two, 21-story Coney Island residential towers known as “Ocean Dreams” officially topped out as glass façades are beginning to rise. Located at 3514 Surf Avenue, this new waterfront development will consist of retail spaces at the ground level, a 3 story garage, a 2nd level pool between the 2 towers and more than 300 apartments from the second floor up. The garage facility has a landscaped roof terrace area and retail, facing the boardwalk. Overlooking the Atlantic on the island’s western end, the $130 million luxury complexes are expected to open summer of 2019.
